Two Generations On 25th October 2005 the curtain opened for the first performance in a series entitled "Six Concerts with Friends". Not one, but two generations of musicians, appeared in the Gläsernen Hall of the Musikverein, namely fathers Wolfgang Schulz and Franz Bartolomey (cello), and their respective sons, Matthias Schulz - flute, and Matthias Bartolomey - cello, both "arrived" musicians with many concert engagements. The programme presented received such an enthusiastic response from the audience that all four performers voiced the wish to perform more often in this grouping. Program 1 |
